Viewing your gallery
From the Photos tab, you can:
- Browse all uploaded photos in a grid view.
- Filter photos by processing status (indexed, pending, failed).
- Search for a specific photo by filename.
Photo processing statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Indexed | Photo has been processed and faces are detected |
| Pending | Photo is queued for processing |
| No face detected | Photo was processed but no face was found (still accessible to guests via manual browse) |
| Failed | Processing error — try re-uploading the photo |
Downloading the full gallery
To download all event photos as a ZIP file:
- Go to the Photos tab.
- Click Download All.
- A ZIP file will be prepared and emailed to you.
Archiving an event
Archiving hides an event from your active dashboard without deleting it. Archived events and their photos are retained and can be restored at any time.
To archive: go to Settings → Archive Event.
